This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the collection, processing and protection of personal data of users by the equipment auction platform (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPlatform\u201d). 1.2. The Platform is an integral part of the traktor.az project. 1.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in full accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan \u201cOn Personal Data\u201d and other regulatory legal acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-84983d3b\">2. Data Collected<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f6e051b3\">The platform may collect the following information to provide services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identification information:<\/strong> Name, surname, patronymic, ID serial number or FIN code (if necessary).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact information:<\/strong> Phone number, email address, residential or physical address.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial information:<\/strong> Bank details (only when concluding a contract with winners or when making bet payments).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical data:<\/strong> IP address, cookies, browser type, and site activity history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-d9c64890\">3. Purpose of Data Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-44032e50\">Personal data is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To ensure the user's participation in auctions and verify their identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formalization of purchase and sale agreements with auction winners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide technical support to users and send important notifications (bid status, winnings, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulfillment of legal obligations established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-20a0c2d1\">4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2e1b95df\">4.1. The user's personal data is not transferred to third parties without his consent. 4.2. Exceptions: Data may be provided to state bodies only in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (court, official request of law enforcement agencies, etc.). 4.3. Personal Data Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8437f1a9\">5.1. The platform uses modern SSL encryption and other technical security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized access or distortion of personal data. 5.2. The data is stored on secure servers located in the Republic of Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-ff11a9b7\">6. User Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ada4a291\">According to the Law \"On Personal Data\", the user has the following rights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To get acquainted with the information collected about him.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request correction of incorrect or outdated information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Withdraw consent to data processing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Request the deletion of unlawfully processed data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-4f681b2a\">7. Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d0383d64\">The Platform reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time.
