1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the collection, processing and protection of personal data of users by the equipment auction platform (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). 1.2. The Platform is an integral part of the traktor.az project. 1.3. The processing of personal data is carried out in full accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” and other regulatory legal acts.

2. Data Collected

The platform may collect the following information to provide services:

  • Identification information: Name, surname, patronymic, ID serial number or FIN code (if necessary).
  • Contact information: Phone number, email address, residential or physical address.
  • Financial information: Bank details (only when concluding a contract with winners or when making bet payments).
  • Technical data: IP address, cookies, browser type, and site activity history.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To ensure the user's participation in auctions and verify their identity.
  • Formalization of purchase and sale agreements with auction winners.
  • Provide technical support to users and send important notifications (bid status, winnings, etc.).
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

4.1. The user's personal data is not transferred to third parties without his consent. 4.2. Exceptions: Data may be provided to state bodies only in cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan (court, official request of law enforcement agencies, etc.). 4.3. The data of the auction winner may be provided to the seller (if the equipment does not belong directly to the platform) for the purpose of executing the contract.

5. Personal Data Security

5.1. The platform uses modern SSL encryption and other technical security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized access or distortion of personal data. 5.2. The data is stored on secure servers located in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

6. User Rights

According to the Law "On Personal Data", the user has the following rights:

  • To get acquainted with the information collected about him.
  • Request correction of incorrect or outdated information.
  • Withdraw consent to data processing.
  • Request the deletion of unlawfully processed data.

7. Changes

The Platform reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment they are posted on the site.
