How can I participate in the auction? +
After registering on our website with your phone number and verifying your profile, you can go to any active auction page and place your bid.
What should I do if the SMS OTP code is not received? +
Verify that the phone number you entered is correct. If the problem persists, wait 1 minute and click the "Resend code" button or contact customer service.
What is the 90% rule? +
If at the end of the auction the final highest bid is less than 90% of the product's "Buy Now" price, the sale is not automatically confirmed and is immediately routed to the Committee for approval via the Bitrix24 CRM system.
Is it possible to purchase equipment with leasing? +
Yes. You can apply by clicking the "Get with Leasing" button on the auction page. Your information will be sent directly to the Bitrix24 CRM Leasing pipeline, and you will receive a response after scoring evaluation.
If I win the auction, how should I make the payment? +
Once you are declared the winner, our sales manager will contact you to provide the official sales contract and payment details. You can make the payment via bank transfer or leasing.
